Qingdao Zhongneng

Qingdao Zhongneng is a football (soccer) club playing at the Qingdao Yizhong Center in Qingdao, China. The head coach is Yin Tiesheng.
After eight years as owners of the club, state-run tobacco producers Qingdao Etsong Group 頤中集團 agreed to sell Qingdao Etsong FC to privately-owned cable manufacturers Qingdao Zhongneng Group in December 2004.
The club has competed in the Chinese Super League since its creation in 2004, and finished second from bottom (11th of 12) in the first season, but climbed to 7th in the expanded division of 14 teams in the second season. They continue to play in the 2006 season.
