Oliver Lake

Oliver Lake (b. 14 September 1942 in Marianna, Arkansas) is an American alto saxophone player and composer. He was a founding member of BAG (Black Artists' Group) of St Louis, a founding member of the World Saxophone Quartet, and director of the multi-arts non-profit organization Passin' Thru.
Lake received a Guggenheim Fellowship in 1993.
