Northfield is an area in south-west Birmingham, England. It is also a ward and formal district, managed by its own district committee.

Birmingham Northfield is a constituency comprising of the wards of Northfield, Longbridge and Weoley. Its member of Parliament is Richard Burden. It is perhaps most famous for its MG Rover car factory in the Longbridge Ward.
The councillors elected to represent the ward on Birmingham City Council are Randall Brew, Les Laurence and Reg Corns, all Conservatives.
There is a pub in Northfield called the black horse. They is quite a few shops.
