New York State Reference Route 951T is the former path of New York State Route 17 between the hamlet of Steamburg. Due to the construction of the Allegheny River Reservoir, the road is no longer navigable from one end to another and has been closed off from the reservoir flood level in Cold Spring (1.30 miles east of Steamburg) to the Red House town line (2.72 miles southwest of Salamanca).
The Seneca Nation Allegany reservation governmental headquarters, along with the surrounding hamlet of Jimerson Town, lies entirely on NY 951T.
