Neal Foulds (born July 13, 1963) is an English professional snooker player.
Foulds quickly climbed the rankings after turning professional in 1983, reaching number three within four years. At the height of his success, however, it was revealed that he was taking beta blockers, a banned drug. He never really recovered from the scandal, and dropped rapidly down the rankings. He now commentates for the BBC, Sky Sports and British Eurosport.
