Mount Bishop (British Columbia)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Mount Bishop is a rocky summit with lots of bluffs and glorious old growth on the lower slopes. Although Mount Bishop is very close to Vancouver, it is seldom climbed. The original ascent was apparently via a boat and then up Bishop Creek. Mount Bishop was named after the first president of the BCMC, who was killed in the early 1900's on Mount Baker.
Mount Bishop is located on the Northern border of Mount Seymour Provincial Park.
