Moimenta da Beira (pron. IPA: [moi'mẽtɐ dɐ 'bɐiɾɐ]) is a municipality in Portugal, located in the district of Viseu.
The municipality is bounded by Tabuaço the northeast, Sernancelhe in the southeast, Sátão in the south, Vila Nova de Paiva in the west and Taruoca and Armamar in the northwest.
It has a total area of 220.0 km² and a population of 11,053 inhabitants.

The most populated parish in population and density is Moimenta da Beira; the least populated and smallest parish is Segões. The most underpopulated parish in density is Pêra Velha (Portuguese for old pear). The largest parish in area is Leomil. Much of the villages are under 1,000. 4,880 or 44.07% live in parishes over 1,000.

The coat of arms are made up with two corn cobs, one on the top-right and one on a bottom-left with a leaf from a corn tied in a red ribbon with a white strip. Surrounding the two are a wavy blue strip in a grey shield. The crown has 4 towers.
The color of the flag is green and yellow in four squares, yellow on top-left and bottom right and green on top-right and bottom left.
