Mishma

Mishma is a special blend of herbs used by the Indians in a prayer pipe or tea to connect with the spirit guides and to create an experience of deep physical and emotional relaxation. It is used in prayer and ceremony.

Mishma contains blackberry leaf, catnip, comfrey, mullein, poppy flowers, red rasberry leaf, spearmint and strawberry leaf.
