Minoriteam is an animated television series on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim. The pilot episode premiered on November 6, 2005, with new episodes included in the Sunday Line Up beginning March 19, 2006. The plot of the show revolves around five superheroes, each of which is based on a racial or ethnic stereotype, who join forces to fight against a bunch of villains who are mostly discriminatory concepts. The show's artwork is largely a homage of Jack Kirby ("King Kirby" is thanked in the show's end credits), while the animation style parodies the limited animation of the Marvel Super Heroes Show of 1966.

Tagline: "Fighting for all people of color, except white people, unless they are Jewish."

The members of Minoriteam

• El Jefe, a Mexican that fights crime with the Leafblower 3000, the deadliest weapon in the entire universe. In his non-stereotypical real life, Richard Escartin is the billionaire CEO of his own oil company. El Jefe is also 1/18th Viking.
• Non-Stop, an Indian convenience store owner who is immune to bullets and fire due to his lead lined skin. His non-stereotypical self, Dave Raj is an ex-professional skateboarder. While not fighting crime Dave sometimes smokes a hookah. He sometimes says "Krishna give me strength!" when surprised.
• Dr. Wang, Chinese Human Calculator is the leader of the Minoriteam. He is paraplegic. He has a terrible personality and powerful mental abilities. He also owns and operates a laundromat where he charges extra to get your clothes back from the machines. In addition, he has faked accidents to obtain legal settlements and is a compulsive gambler. He has no known non-stereotypical real life. In the episode, "The Assimilator", Dr. Wang gives the team "tea" to drink and then tells them that it is his urine. His depiction as a Chinese, however, leans more to the stereotype of Manchurian Chinese, mostly with his moustache and queue, which otherwise makes his design reminiscent of Dr. Fu Manchu.
• Fasto, an African-American who is known as “the fastest man that ever was.” In addition to this he seems to have the power to seduce or charm all white women in the immediate area. In his non-stereotypical real life, Landon K. Dutton is a bookish Professor of Women's Studies. He vigorously pursues sexual relationships with what he calls "booty" (especially white women), but is uninterested in exclusive relationships. His father is a space-alien from the planet Blackton, which was destroyed by Balactus.
• Jewcano, a man with the powers of the Jewish faith and a volcano (after being knocked into a volcano accidentally by Dr.Wang). He is always screaming at the top of his lungs. In his non-stereotypical real life, Neil Horowitz dates Minka, Fasto's statuesque black younger cousin and loves soul food. Jewcano is also the member of Minoriteam who spends the most time in his civilian garb.

The five heroes team up to fight characters who are mostly racial stereotypes, including a collective of villains comprising numerous, over-the-top Caucasian stereotypes.

The White Shadow organization, the "most evilest organization known to Man", is based in Corporate City. Its mission is to promote white supremacy and racism and oppress minorities. Its most important members appear in almost every episode. They are:

• The White Shadow is the leader of this organization of supervillains which is named after him. He has a helmet in the shape of the Illuminati Pyramid. His racist personality and robe style are reminicent of the Ku Klux Klan
• The Corporate Ladder, a ladder with a stool at the top who is impossible to scale/climb; this reflects the stereotype of discrimination minorities often face when attempting to succeed in the corporate world. He frequently makes fun of White Shadow's leadership. He has had gambling problems in the past and his life's goal was to become a minion. He was also responsible at one point for sending the White Shadow and several members of the organization to prison.
• Racist Frankenstein, "body of a monster, mind of a racist." Seems to be a parody of Solomon Grundy from the Superfriends cartoon, mocking his heavy southern accent and monstrous appearance. Dresses like the stereotype of a WASP. Hates black people and even black-colored objects. He has blue skin.
• The Standardized Test, a robot-like man with an eraser on his head and a costume patterned off a scantron test form. His stereotype is that standardized tests are biased towards Caucasians.

• Dirty Cop, a police officer comprised of mud; the stereotype of cops who persecute minorities, especially blacks.
• The Plant, a plant that plants drugs and such on innocent minorities.
• Gorilla with Knife Hands, "a $400,000 gorilla with knives for hands."
• Hot, Stuck-Up Bitch, a hot white chick who doesn't put out.
• Scab, an anthropomorphic scab who is a scab; a stereotype of those who replace workers on strike ("I'm just tryin ta feed my kids.").
• Seamus McFisty-Cuffus, an Irish stereotype who is shown to be drinking constantly, fighting and racist towards the Chinese.
• The Black Coq, A man in a black rooster suit whose ability is hypnotizing people. A disgruntled former restaraunt owner, he hypnotized the women of Corporate City to overeat and become fat until Jewcano beat him. After that he became despondent and was taken in by White Shadow out of pity. "Coq" is french for "chicken", but in a play on words, it is a homophone of "cock", which also means chicken, but is also used to refer to penis (a recurring theme in the episode of the same name). The stereotype he represents is that white women are more attracted to black men because their penises are purportedly larger than white men's.
• Billy the Italian American, an Italian stereotype who is obsessed with his car.
• Loophole, a lawyer who serves as legal counsel to the White Shadow. He is a long rope shaped like a noose.

• Ninja Mike, a man who hates ninjas.
• Hans the Sasuage King
• White Rapper
• Mark Marcus, an art dealer.
• Half Pint, a midget circus clown killed by mimes in the 1980s. He dealt with circus people for the White Shadow.

• El Yo, El Jefe's father, who is ashamed of his son selling out and terrorizes everybody (even the minorities) for all being shameful. El Yo is Spanish for "The I," which is gibberish.
• Balactus, a black stereotype version of Galactus who plans on destroying the Earth. He represents black crime. He is a giant described as three stories tall with arms 40 ft (12 m) long.
