Marshall Rose

Marshall T. Rose is an accomplished network protocol and software engineer, author and speaker who has made significant contributions to the IETF, the Internet, and Internet and network applications in the areas of network management and distributed systems and applications management, email, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
Dr. Rose holds a Ph.D. in Information and Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine and is former area director for network management of the IETF.
Rose maintains his own business, Dover Beach Consulting in the San Francisco Bay Area.
