Lurøy Fotballklubb

Lurøy Fotballklubb is a Norwegian amateur football club which was founded in the autumn of 2005, and are in 2006 playing in the Norwegian fourth division group 2 Nordland. The club gathers the best players from Lurøy municipality, and play their home games in three different grounds within the municipality; Aldersund Gress, Lurøy Gress and Sleneset Gress. The 2006 squad has over 20 players, from the age of 16, all the way up to the mid-fortys. Lurøy FK play in white shirts, black shorts and black socks. The chairman and founder of the club is Ernst Grønbeck, and the head coach is Trond-Even Jørgensen.
