Luke and Blubber Bear

Luke and Blubber Bear are fictional characters in the animated series Wacky Races. The shows' format was about 11 wacky and original cars racing across various habitats including deserts, snowdrifts and even through a fair ground for one.
Luke and Blubber were in car number eight, the Arkansas Chug-a-Bug. It has a wooden frame and a metal boiler.
Luke, a laid back yokel from Arkansas drives the car with his friend who is a panicky bear called Blubber. His personality reflects his name. Both were voiced by John Stephenson.
Luke and Blubber Bear were not included in any of the Wacky Races spin-offs but returned in the Wacky Races PS2 game (made by Infogrames in 2001) as a starter car.
