Linda Thorson

Linda Thorson (born June 18, 1947, Toronto, Ontario), is a Canadian actress on TV and films, mostly in the UK and USA.
She is best remembered for her role as Tara King (succeeding Diana Rigg) in the last two seasons of the British TV adventure series, The Avengers, with the original star Patrick Macnee. She is 5'-9" tall.
Since then, she appeared in character roles in many TV series and films, including Thriller, Return of the Saint, The Greek Tycoon (1978), and Sweet Liberty (1986). She also appeared in an episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation (playing a Cardassian starship captain) in the early 1990s.
She is married to the American news anchorman and producer Bill Boggs, although they are separated.
Linda Thorson currently appears in the popular UK soap opera Emmerdale, playing the scheming millionairess Rosemary Sinclair.
