Libbi Gorr

Libbi Gorr (Born Lizbeth Gorr, March 24, 1965 in Melbourne, Australia) is an Australian comedian, best known for the character she created, "Elle McFeast".
Gorr began working in comedy as an Arts/Law student at the University of Melbourne. After graduating she became an articled clerk with the Melbourne law firm Phillips Fox. She also performed with the all-woman cabaret group the Hot Bagels.
She has performed in a number of shows including:
- What Women Want (2001)
- Elle McFeast Live
- 'Libbi Live, The Girlfriends Show'
- 'Dirty Sweet Cherry on Top'
In 2001, a portrait of her called Excelle - Libbi Gorr by painter Margarita Georgiadis was hung in the Archibald Prize.
In 2006 Libbi Gorr, who has always had a wealth of comedy material to draw from dealing with her weight issues, took over from Kirstie Alley as the spokeswoman for dieting company Jenny Craig in Australia and New Zealand.
