KXJZ (90.9 FM) is a public radio station in Sacramento, CA. It airs programming from National Public Radio (NPR) as well as locally produced News and Public Affairs programs, Jazz and Blues, and its signal covers the southern Sacramento Valley including Yuba City, Fairfield, and Vacaville and the northern San Joaquin Valley including Stockton and Modesto as well as the mountain ranges on both sides of the Central Valley. A series of repeater stations help fill in the coverage area. These stations are collectively known as "The KXJZ Stations."
