Kim Wan Sun (born May 16, 1969 as Kim I-seon) is a Korean female singer. She is considered to be the Korean Madonna, as she is known for her sexy moves and her catchy dance hits during the late 1980s. However, her early albums were her strongest, as her later ones, which moved away from dance to more mellow music, fared poorly in the Korean music market. She attemped to make a comeback in late 2005 with her album Return, even appearing on many variety shows and music performance shows, but it failed to help her album sales. Kim became inactive again after only a few weeks of performing her lead single, disappearing from the spotlight once more. It is unknown what she is currently up to.
