karlal or kard'al or karaal or karhral or kiraalis a name of a tribe found in the area of district Abbottabad and Huripur.There Chief Sardar Ghallar khan come from Turkey .kiraal or karaalmeans Son of Ghallar.They have different alls,like merialls,nooralls etc.Alls means Sons. In these area they are known as 'sardar'. This is a brave tribe who never stoop before Sikh and English army. The hero of this tribe is 'sheed sardar ahmad khan karlal'.who was sheed fighting aganist english army in 1857.
The khan of other tribes of Hazara feel proud to make relation with this tribe. The famous personalities of this tribe are 'sardar ahmad khan karlal','sardar hassan ali khan karlal','sardar hadiar zaman khan karlal(cheif of karlal)'and 'sardar nasir rehman son of sardar fazal-ur-rehman'(bunj, berin gali)'.
