Karl von Czyhlarz

Karl Ritter von Czyhlarz, or Karel Cihlář (August 17, 1833 - Lobositz/Lovosice - July 21, 1914, Vienna) was a Czech-Austrian jurist, politician.
He taught as a professor a the Prague University (1858-1992), Vienna University (1992-1904).
He was a specialist of the Roman law.
He was a member of an assembly of the Bohemia (1866-1886), and a member of the Upper Chamber of the Austrian Reichsrat (1898-).
There is a miss-spelling like "Czyhlarcz".
