Julien Poulin (born April 20, 1946) is a actor, film director, screenwriter, film producer, and composer in Quebec, Canada. His acting record consist of numerous roles in several popular Quebec films and shows. He is considered one of the most popular and successful actors in the province.

His most memorable role was Elvis Gratton in which he impersonates rock and roll icon Elvis Presley. The Elvis Gratton had numerous chapters from 1981 to 2004. The most recent movies were Elvis Gratton II: Miracle a Memphis that was filmed in 1999 in which Elvis had resuscitated from the first series of the movie. Elvis Gratton 3: Le retour d'Elvis Wong' was filmed in 2004.
He also co-directed some of the movies along with Pierre Falardeau.

In addition the Elvis Gratton movies, Poulin also played several main and supporting roles in other movies and TV series including Lance et Compte in 1986, Virginie in 1996, Jasmine and Omerta 2, la loi du silence in 1997, Les orphelins de Duplessis in 1999, 15 fevrier 1839 and Fortier in 2001, Séraphin : un homme et son péché in 2002 and Le Negociateur 1 and Le Negociateur 2 in 2005-2006.

Poulin was the spokesperson for Operation Red Nose in 1996, a campaign that prevents drinking and driving during the holiday periods.
