Jet Geyser

The Jet Geyser is a geyser in the Lower Geyser Basin of Yellowstone National Park in the United States.
Jet Geyser is a very accessible and intimate geyser, being close to a park road and alongside a boardwalk.
Jet's eruptions are generally frequent but unpredictable. Its behavior is closely linked to nearby (and much bigger) Fountain Geyser. Eruptions can be expected approximately every 30 minutes, more frequently when Fountain Geyser is active. Jet is a cone-type geyser, with 5-6 vents grouped in a line. During an eruption, different vents will blow varying quantities of water and steam in a nice display for about a minute. The central vent will usually erupt to approximately 20 feet.[1]
