Talk:Jacqueline Wilson

I'm not sure that DC Thompson named it after her... an article in the Sunday Post (which I think is produced by DC Thompson) said it was just a common name. --Bearbear 16:51, 6 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Love Lessons
Am I the only one who thought the huge paedophilic undertones in this book were a bit shocking? I know she excells at writing stuff that most authors wont touch with a 50 foot pole, but christ I think that was a bit much. - Ferret 16:43, 3 July 2006 (UTC)
But the part were her dad had a stroke was funny... who knew slag's underwear gave old men paralysis... Wikisquared 13:59, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Jacquline wilson
i love jacquline wilson. i think she is a real good auther and a down to earth person.
I think her books are realy good. But i think love lessons was the most contrushal of the books. But realy she is just teling it as it is becaus some times pupels to go out with teachers. And she tried to tell her readers that it wasn't right by saying that prince had to move to a difrent school.
I like the tracy beaker books and sereis. I havew riten a book what continues on from the last serris. But tracy beaker isn't my faverit i dont no what is ai liker them all. I have only not read a cuple.
Sorry the talk page is for discussion of the article, not for personal opinions. Also love lessons, probably wasn't the most "contrushal" of all her books because the "Girls" quadrology had the word "gay" in it, depicted nadine talking about sex and Magda nearly being raped. :) Wikisquared 13:57, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
