Jõelähtme Commune (Estonian: Jõelähtme vald) is a rural municipality in Harju County, north-western Estonia.
The administrative centre of Jõelähtme Commune is Jõelähtme village. It is located 20 km east from the centre of Estonia's capital, Tallinn.
