Interstate 515 (abbreviated I-515) is a spur of Interstate 15 that runs approximately 20 miles from the interchange of I-15 and US 95 in Las Vegas, Nevada to Railroad Pass on the border of Henderson, Nevada and Boulder City, Nevada.

The spur, which began construction in 1982, is a continuation of the Oran K. Gragson Expressway, which at the time was called the Las Vegas Expressway, which ran along the former section of West Fremont Street from Las Vegas Boulevard to Rainbow Boulevard. The first segment of I-515 was completed to Charleston Boulevard (Exit 72) in 1984, to Flamingo Road by 1986, and to Lake Mead Drive by 1990. By 1994, the entire freeway was completed to Boulder Highway, south of Wagon Wheel Drive, and was given the I-515 designation at that same time. In 1990 however, the I-515 designation was granted from I-15 to Boulder Highway, and was eventually extended in time to Lake Mead Drive before the final segment of the expressway was built.

The highway is also designated as U.S. Highway 93 and U.S. Highway 95, which prior to the building of the expressway, was present-day Boulder Highway (Nevada State Route 582).

Las Vegas residents however prefer to identify the expressway as "95" as opposed to the I-515 and US-93 designations. Some residents and media outlets also refer to the freeway as I-95, which is not the correct designation, not realizing that I-95 runs along the east coast. This error has at times drawn the ire of many longtime Las Vegas residents.

The freeway is also known as The Oran K. Gragson Expressway, named after former Las Vegas mayor Oran K. Gragson.
