HMAS Tasmania

HMAS Tasmania (H-25) was an S class destroyer laid down by William Beardmore and Company, Limited, at Dalmuir in Scotland on 18 December 1917, launched on 22 November 1918, completed in 1919, transferred to the Royal Australian Navy in July 1919 and commissioned as HMAS Tasmania on 27 January 1920. HMAS Tasmania paid off to reserve on 9 January 1928 and was sold on 4 June 1937.
