Hickory Regional Airport (IATA: HKY, ICAO: KHKY) is a public airport located three miles (5 km) west of Hickory, in Catawba County, North Carolina, USA. The airport has two runways. It is mostly used for general aviation and has recently opened a new building to serve the general aviation community. There are also several instructors who are based out of Hickory as well as airplane rental through the fixed base operator (FBO), Profile Aviation.
