"Heavy on My Heart" is a song by American pop singer Anastacia. "Heavy on My Heart" is Anastacia fourth single from her selftitled 2003 studio album Anastacia. The single was planned to be a charity single: royalties went to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, via her own Anastacia Fund. It is a power ballad in which Anastacia sings about her battle with breast cancer. She sings how she can't pull through the experience alone and how she feels in such an emotional time.

The video was filmed from November 26-November 29 (2004), in Bucharest, Romania, Europe. The video was directed by Ronald Vietz. In the video, Anastacia is shown as a mannequin, which falls in love with another mannequin. At the chorus she breaks the window and runs to the male mannequin. They dance in the snow. Later, the shop in which they are displayed goes out of business. They end up being melted in a fire. The video also shows Anastacia performing in a dark room. She is dressed in all black, and standing around chairs that she later thrashes around.
