Greektown Casino is one of three commercial casinos located in Detroit, Michigan. It is majority owned by the Sault Tribe of Chippewa Indians. The casino, which opened its doors on November 11, 2000, is operated by Millennium Management Group.

Greektown Casino has abandoned plans to build a 26-story hotel tower at Gratiot and I-375. Instead, it will stay in the Greektown district. The new design (after two redesigns) will include:
- a new 13-story, 3,500-space parking garage at Monroe and St. Antoine
- a 30-story, 400-room hotel attached to the parking garage
- 25,000 square feet of convention space
- spa
- 1,200-1,500-seat theater
- 25,000 square feet of additional gaming space to meet the 100,000-square-foot requirement.
