Almost all photos on this site are allowed under Fair Use provisions of United States copyright law that provides for usage when the image is taken from a single frame from a motion picture. This is similar to the photos placed in Wikipedia of Nicole Kidman and others taken from http://www.actresspictures.com/ , "believed to be public domain" plus several other web sites with photos of stars.
