In computing, GCA is a freeware compression utility created in 2000 by Shin-ichi Tsuruta (鶴田真一 Tsuruta Shin'ichi?). GCA is a compressed archive format. It has higher compression capabilities than ZIP, especially with binary files. The next generation of GCA is 'DGCA'. Not widely used.
