François, comte de Clermont

François Henri Louis Marie, Comte de Clermont and Dauphin de France (born 7 February 1961), is the eldest son and heir of the Orleanist pretender to the French throne, Henri, Comte de Paris, Duc de France. Both he and his younger sister, Blanche, are mentally handicapped from congenital toxoplasmosis.

Should France restore the monarchy, under the House of Orleans, François would not only become the legal Dauphin, he would be King of France upon his father's death. His reign would be under a regency by his brother, Prince Jean, Duke of Vendôme.
