Florence Bell (born June 2, 1910 in Toronto) is a Canadian athlete who competed mainly in the 100 metres.
She competed for Canada in the 1928 Summer Olympics held in Amsterdam, Netherlands in the 4 x 100 metres where she won the gold medal with her team mates Fanny Rosenfeld who won the silver in the 100 metres, bronze medalist in the 100 metres Ethel Smith, and Myrtle Cook.
