A scholl or scool is what seems to be a place in a usually unspecified country where the average wikipedian is going. Scholls are places where young people pretend they learn stuff. The new wikipedian is very eager to write about his scholl, because his scholl is the most important place in the entire world after his home.

Armed with a virtual pen, the new wikipedian, too afraid he is to write about a home that doesn't even have a name, will often chose his scholl as the subject of his first —and hopefully last— article.
The new wikipedian doesn't know why his scholl is important, or at least, won't share the reason with the rest of the world. The new wikipedian has never heard about the Manual of Style, and for that matter, the new wikipedian has never heard about spelling. Neither does he care. What the new wikipedian wants is to write about his scholl, it's the journey that matters, not the destination.
Thanks to the new wikipedian, many a scholl are featured on Wikipedia (not featured though).
[edit] Scholls and New Page Patrollers
A new page patroller is an angry and mean spirited wikipedian, whose purpose in the grand scheme of things is to make the new wikipedian's life utterly miserable.
New page patrollers are lurking in the shadows of Wikipedia, patiently waiting for a new page to be created. When such an event occurs —approximatively every twenty seconds—, new page patrollers fight each others to death to be the first to rip the new page apart. They make use of sharp {{tags}} as weapons, many of which are lethal.
Patrollers hate scholls, because scholl is a protected subject. Patrollers are allowed to {{db-group}} neo hip-hop bands on sight, Joe Random's one line biography is {{db-bio}}'d and deleted faster than Joe Random can type {{hangon}}, a patroller can take great pleasure in listing bad articles on AfD and plastering WP:NOT or WP:NN all over the discussion pages. However, new page patrollers are utterly powerless against scholls, because concensus, whoever that is, decided scholls were alright to have on Wikipedia. Yep that's right, even if the text fails to outline anything notable at all about that scholl, or even if the country where the scholl is to be found isn't mentionned.
Scholls make new page patrollers angry. Out of spite, patrollers often "stub" scholl articles in a last desesperate attempt to make a point.

A stub is a wikipedially correct way to state than an article is devoid of any content worth reading, or to put it another way, that it blows. Wikipedia is almost entirely made of stubs.

Patrollers sometimes also tag scholl articles with {{cleanup-school}} and {{wikify}}, as a way to indicate that said articles are mind blowingly crap and beyond repair and should be deleted on sight.
Most articles about a scholl never evolve beyond a stub. The new wikipedian has a short attention span and usually loses interest after the one and only edit. Probably does he think someone will pick up where he left and bring his contribution to featured status, so that one day our new wikipedian can admire his work on the front page. Who knows what a new wikipedian thinks.
Anyhow, the new wikipedian who created the page about his scholl is long gone by the time a new page patroller gets to angrily stub the article. What a cruel world out there.
