Employment is the debut album by Leeds-based English rock band Kaiser Chiefs. It was released on 7 March 2005 on the B-Unique record label. Originally the album placed at number three in the UK Albums Chart on 13 March 2005 (see 2005 in British music), but charted a place higher almost a year after its' release.

- Track 11, "Caroline Yes", is named in reference to The Beach Boys' song "Caroline, No.
