Elin Jones

Elin Jones is a Plaid Cymru politician. She is a member of the National Assembly for Wales for Ceredigion since 1999.
Jones was educated at the University of Wales in Cardiff and Aberystwyth. She was elected Mayor of Aberystwyth in 1997 and was formerly a Development officer for the Development Board for Rural Wales and a Regional Development Manager for the Welsh Development Agency.
Jones is Plaid Cymru's Shadow Environment, Planning and Countryside Minister in the National Assembly. She is a member of the National Assembly Environment, Planning and Countryside Committee, Business Partnership Committee and Broadcasting Board.
