Denis Hill-Wood

Denis John Charles Hill-Wood (June 25, 1906 – May 4, 1982) was an English cricketer and football club chairman.
The 2nd youngest of four brothers he followed in the footsteps of his father, Samuel Hill-Wood, in three ways: attending Eton College, he also played cricket for Derbyshire, appearing in 12 matches for the side in the late 1920s. In addition he was chairman of Arsenal Football Club, from 1962 until his death in 1982. He was succeeded by his son, Peter Hill-Wood.
