The Defence Procurement Agency (DPA), is an Executive Agency of the United Kingdom Ministry of Defence responsible for the acquisition of materiel, equipment and services, for the British armed forces.

The Defence Procurement Agency was established on April 1, 1999, after the announcement in the Strategic Defence Review of a specialised agency to succeed the Procurement Executive.
The DPA is headed by the Chief Executive, Sir Peter Spencer, who also holds the title Chief of Defence Procurement. The Minister for Defence Procurement is Lord Drayson.
Its headquarters are located in Bristol and shares its site with the Director General Logistics (Fleet)-DGLog(Fleet)- element of the Defence Logistics Organisation.
