County Route 543 (New Jersey)

County Route 543, abbreviated CR 543, is a county highway in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The highway extends 28.77 miles from Federal Street (CR 537) in Camden to Wrightstown-Georgetown Road (CR 545) in Mansfield Township.
The road travels through the following municipalities at the specified mileposts (from south to north):
- 00.00-01.70: Camden (Camden County)
- 01.70-05.30: Pennsauken Township
- 05.30-06.64: Palmyra (Burlington County)
- 06.64-07.29: Riverton
- 07.29-08.96: Cinnaminson Township
- 08.96-09.85: Delran Township
- 09.85-10.83: Riverside Township
- 10.83-12.83: Delanco Township
- 12.83-13.84: Beverly
- 13.84-14.72: Edgewater Park Township
- 14.72-16.03: Burlington Township
- 16.03-17.95: Concurrency with U.S. Route 130 (MP 45.19-47.11)
- 17.95-18.32: Burlington City
- 18.32-19.87: Burlington Township
- 19.87-21.97: Florence Township
