China Flying Dragon Aviation is an airline based in Harbin, People's Republic of China. It operates short-haul passenger and cargo charter flights, and also operates maritime surveillance, aerial photography and forestry protection services.

The airline was established and started operations in 1981. It is owned by the Harbin Aircraft Manufacturing Corporation and the Ministry of Geological Mineral Resources.
