Carlos Ferro is an American actor, writer, director, and producer.

Carlos is perhaps best known for starring in the show SAL, originally produced at the Climate Theatre in San Francisco then at the Zephyr Theatre in Hollywood. His portrayal of Sal Mineo, co-produced and co-written by him, received a Bay Area Theatre Critics Circle Award nomination for Best Solo Performance.
Since then, he has continued acting in television, both on-camera and in animation voice-over. He is especially proud of his work on Star Trek: The Next Generation and in several recent award winning video games (e.g. Tony Hawk's American Wasteland).
A lifelong comic book fan, Carlos would eventually play the X-Man Forge in the game X-Men: Next Dimension and a treacherous follower of the villain Despero on the Justice League animated television series. He plays a Peruvian villain in the game James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing alongside stars Pierce Brosnan, Willem Dafoe and Shannon Elizabeth, as well as a Colombian drug lord in the much anticipated Scarface: The World is Yours.

Extended stays in London and Madrid inspired Carlos to found Argumento Films in 2004. Its first release "RASTROS" was his film writing and directing debut.

In 2005 Carlos made his foray into the world of music videos, producing and directing musical artist Stoomie's "Two For a Tenner - Yes Please (Melrose Edit)."

Carlos’ first career in the entertainment industry was as a DJ. Spinning records in San Francisco’s best nightclubs, he quickly became one of the city’s prominent DJs, befriending musical acts such as Grace Jones and the late Divine.
Leaving music for a career in theatre and television, his work eventually led to a stint as an artist-in-residence at Cornell University.
He has worked with director John Landis and alongside personal heroes Jerry Lewis, Harvey Fierstein and the late Dudley Moore.
