Bourem

Bourem is a city of Mali's Gao Region and the capital of its cercle and commune. Its population was recorded as 5,389 in 2004.
The cercle of Bourem encompasses the communes of Bamba, Bourem, Taboye, Tarkint and Téméra. The cercle is estimated to have a population of 290,000.
