Bom Jesus do Monte is a Portuguese sanctuary in the city of Braga (North) dedicated to the "Good Jesus at the mountain."
The church is notable for its long, baroque stair, designed in 1727 by the Archbishop of Braga. The sacred way to the church has fourteen stations of the cross, each with life-sized terra cotta figures representing stages in the journey to the crucifixion. Additionally, there is a park surrounding the church. Bom Jesus do Monte is a popular tourist site.
