Beniamino Abate (born November 10, 1962 in San Martino Valle Caudina, Province of Avellino) was a former Italian football (soccer) goalkeeper.
In his career (1978-1997) he played in Serie C1 with Benevento, and from in Serie A with Udinese (1985, 1986, 1987 and 1990), Inter Milan (1991–1994), Cagliari and Reggiana in Serie B where closed his career. In Serie A he played a total of 67 matches.
He is currently the assistant goalkeeping coach at A.C. Milan.
