Azna

Azna is a city in the Lorestan province in western Iran.
Azna is a beautiful town, in front of Oshtorankooh Mountains. It is famous for its mineral water, special nature and also for Gahar Lake. There are many mines in this small city, including many marble mines. The climate is generally cool, and is always snowy and windy in fall and winter. The population was estimated to number 49,150 residents in 2006 [1].
