This image should be able to be used under fair use in Al Askari Mosque bombing because:

it is a historically significant photo of the reactions to the prescribed bombing. It would be impossible to reproduce reactions to this exact event as significant time has since elapsed and a free replacement would be very difficult to find.
the image is not of especially high resolution and is only large enough to accurately present the subject of the photograph
the photo is only being used to illustrate and inform readers of Wikipedia about the reactions to the bombing
its inclusion in Al Askari Mosque bombing adds significantly to the article because it shows the reactions and how the bombing that is the primary subject of the article was historically significant to the general public. -- tariqabjotu 16:24, 3 November 2006 (UTC)
