- Whether or not the Olympic Equestrianism event could be held in Hong Kong (instead of Beijing) in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games is on the hands of the International Olympic Committee. Decision is said to be made at midnight. [1]
- Andrew LAM Ping-Cheung, a solicitor, was injuried in a Chinese medicine Clinic while he was waiting to undergo treatment. [2]
- The Article 45 Concern Group organized a 'slient' demonstration against the interpretation of the Basic Law by the NPC Standing Committee. About 900 participants including the concern group members, law undergraduates , lawyers and other citizens joined. [3]

- Thousands of HK citizens joined an Anti-(Japanese) Militarism Demonstration. [4]
- LEE-wing Tat, the Chairman of the Democratic Party declared that he will represent the Party to join the Chief Executive by-Election at 10 July 2005. [5]

- The landing points of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge are decided. Construction works are expected to begin by the end of 2005. CRHK

- Rafael HUI, a retired top official of HK government, declines to comment whether he will join Donald TSANG government if Tsang is elected. CRHK
- A survey reveals 40% of Taiwanese support LIEN Chan to visit the mainland. CRHK
- The Hong Kong Observatory invites citizens to nominate names for typhoons. CRHK
