Since UPN is now CW, located at cwtv.com. and the photos of Top Model contestants that were covered under the promotional license are no longer readily available on the UPN site, ~~it can be logically assumed that the photos from Cycles 1-6 are still considered fair use as the photos from Cycle 7~~, the first to be aired on the CW network, are readily available from said website [3].

Images on CWTV's website are not "promotional". They are part of the website's value. Reuse, even promotional, is not welcome. Read the terms of use. We need a valid source to verify this image is really promotional. CWTV is not one. --Abu Badali 11:56, 17 November 2006 (UTC)
