Amerer Air is a cargo airline based in Linz, Austria. It is a cargo-only carrier presently operating subchartered services for Farnair B.V.. Its main base is Horsching Airport (LNZ), Linz.

The airline was established and started operations in 1995 with one Fokker F-27 MK500. Between 1997 and 2006 two Lockheed L-188 Electra were operated for United Parcel Service and TNT N.V..
It is owned by Heinz Peter Amerer (50%) and Susanne Amerer (50%). Future expansion plans include the purchase of Boeing 737-300 Freighter aircraft.
