almalexia wore a wierd mask that looked like it was deidric
Reminded me of a certain Volcanoe-dwelling baddy's mask - seems to be a bit of a giveaway. "Could this be a nutty God? Let's apply the test. Wierd looking mask? Check - right, must be a nutter... Daedric Katana time... -Divinedegenerate 12:18, 17 January 2006 (UTC)

The player *doesn't* need to be Nerevarine to defeat her. As a notorious main-quest-avoider I've usually not even met Caius Cosades when fighting Almalexia. --bitterMan.lha 06:10, 11 December 2005 (UTC)
I know this is technically true, but it wouldn't make a good article to say something like 'In an alternative timeline, the person who could have become Nerevarine never bothered, and just slaughtered the Godess Almalexia for a laugh while wandering'. I think we should keep this article was an encyclopedic entry about the legends of Morrowind, assuming that the player has followed the plot that the designers intended. Otherwise it will become a walkthrough - perhaps we could have another section on Interesting/Alternative ways to complete the game, like toasting Vivec and stealing Wraithguard or stacking intelligence and strength potions and punching the Heart... --User: Divinedegenerate--
- You are wrong. You are allowed to begin the Mournhold quests at level 7. These quests do not require you to be Nerevarine, nor do they imply you should be. Michael 07:12, 20 July 2006 (UTC)

I'm curious as to why the section was removed in October. At least from my perspective, it furthered the article. I know when I wrote it (with the rest of the original entry) I used in-game sources such as books to write it -Senori 19:39, 14 January 2006 (UTC)
I Agree with you - It is consistant with In-game sources and provides an interesting contrast between legendary and real origins.
I have put it back into the article, and moved the spoiler-template up accordingly (Debatable perhaps, but I think knowledge that the Tribune ascended to Godhood using the Heart of Lorkhan and Tools rather than being born that way would be a spoiler) -Divinedegenerate 15:19, 16 January 2006 (UTC)
