林見坪

林見坪導演經歷: 1967年出生於台灣花蓮，導演林見坪從電影攝影學徒起家，自1984年起，參與多部電影長片及電視廣告影片的拍攝實務。之後出國深造，畢業於美國紐約視覺藝術學院電影系，並於法國進修。長年的海外求學及實習，使其積累了豐富的電影導演及攝影專業，並以獨特的個人風格持續從事其熱愛的電影志業。由於接受良好的電影及廣告專業教育，並擔任導演、攝影師的實際經驗，使其作品氣氛統一，感覺細膩，層次清晰，攝影品質良好，結構完整，特別是聲音跟畫面的對照及音樂與音效方面搭配貼切，品味獨具。更由於其國外工作和生活的經驗，使其作品具有相當的國際感，並頗具深度。

Director's Biography: Director, Mr. Lin Chien Ping, was born in Hualien, Taiwan. in 1967, started his career as cinematographer in 1984, first as an apprentice. Later the Director lived in Paris and New York for 8 years to advance his study in academy to learn more about directing and cinematography. Now he works as movie director and cinematographer in Taiwan with established fame.

作品簡介: 這是一部取材自真實故事的影片。一位六十歲的老母親陪著他遲緩、內向、喜歡看火車的三十五歲兒子從台北坐火車，來到一個偏遠的火車小站。就在這一天，他們在車站裡看著一班班行駛於南下、北上的特快車，急駛而過這個不起眼的旅途小站...

Brief Synopsis: The film is inspired by a real story. A 60 year-old woman and her 35 year-old mentally disabled son travel from Taipei to a remote train station in the interior of Taiwan. The son is fond of watching trains rushing by, and they spend the day just looking at express trains ply back and forth, north and south past the small station…
