1.The word "prejudice" means that persons have opinions of people or things, which are not proved. Prejudices (plural form of prejudice) are only assumed theses. For example there is prejudice of skin colour, religion, nationality and so on.
2. In judiciary "prejudice" means disadvantage or damage (without prejudice for = 1. without disadvantage for; 2. without damage for). It can also have the meaning of obligatory (without prejudice = without obligatory).

1. Something (for example a feeling) makes someone to have prejudice against something/somebody.
2. Something makes someone to prejudice a person (-> 1).

It means to prejudice (-> 2) someone/something (Do not be prejudicial! = 1. Do not have prejudice! 2. Do not prejudice somebody/something!).
